OHC : Checkup

OPD MEDICAL CHECKUP

Objective: To add OPD checkup details for particular Family Person/Employee.

Below steps to be followed to add an OPD details:

  1. OPD Medical Checkup: To add details in OPD. Any employee working on the Plant/Site need OPD checkup can be done.

  1. Login as “Medical Officer” or “Medical OHC User” or “Doctor” and go to OHC | OPD
  2. Enter Employee/Others Name in auto complete text box. (Employee Related will be displayed automatically when first 3 characters are typed)
  3. Employee who are active in selected Plant/Site, Family and Visitors are allowed for OPD Medical Checkup.
  4. Click “Submit” button to save the data.

Note :

  • The fields marked with * are mandatory to be filled.
