STATISTICAL DAHBOARD

Objective: It allows user to view the Action Item for particular Observation with status in the system.

  1. Select search criteria such as Plant/Site,Module, Timeline as per requirement.
  2. Click “Search” button to populate Action Item details in a tabular format.
  3. Click “Reset” button to clear all the selection criteria and refresh report screen.
  4. Click “Export to PDF” button to export the report to PDF.
  5. The details shows about Total Action Items, Closed Action Items & Closed Action Items.
  6. The charts are shown with details as No. of Day wise Closed Action Item,No. of Day wise Opened Action Item, Status Wise Action Item, Plant Wise Action Item, Plant Wise Unsafe Act/Condition, Category Wise Unsafe Act/Condition.
